Auxiliary Members,
Hello to All. I hope everyone had a very happy and safe holiday season! I would like to first congratulate our first winner in the Auxiliary Life Membership Drawing! Congratulations to our Jr. Vice President Kim Atwood for paying her dues by October 31st 2019 and winning a Life Membership! Here are some upcoming events that we would love to see you at:
MEAT BINGO THIS SUNDAY, JANUARY 26, @ 2:00 P.M.
- The February Meat Bingo will be on Sunday February 16th at 2:00PM!
- Fish Fry-February 21, 2020-see attached flyer
- The Cove will be having a Super Bowl Party February 2nd at 6:00PM
- The Monthly Breakfast is Sunday February 9th at 8:00AM until noon
- The next District meeting will be on Sunday, February 16th at 10:00AM at the Waterford Post, #1008.
For those that are not aware, the Auxiliary lost 2 of its members. Rose Connors and Renee Manor passed away. A memorial was held for Rose at The Cove and for Renee at Amvets Post 52. Our thought and prayers are with both families.

I would like to recognize and welcome our newest Auxiliary members! John Swazey and Debra Kaiser. Welcome and we look forward to serving with you all! As a special note, the Auxiliary received a $50 membership award from National and we also achieved 100% membership for 2020!

VETERANS AND FAMILY SUPPORT: We are still collecting material for lap robes and ditty bags, and yarn for lap robes, unused hotel toiletries, deodorant, shaving needs, dental needs for the VA Hospital. We will accept box tops for education for the schools. Leave items in the white bin in the entrance to the Cove or call Sandi Van Tiem 586-725-9554
