Our 20th Annual Golf Outing will be held on June 20, 2020, hosted by our Color Guard. This is a large undertaking and we will need help from the Post and Auxiliary in preparation and especially the day of the outing.  We will need help on the course which is at Michigan Meadows on County Line and back at the Cove to prepare the steak-out dinner that we provide for the golfers.


  In addition, we need Hole Sponsors and Door Prize donations.  Forms will be available in the Cove for sponsors and to register your team for golfing.


  The cost for this event is $80.00 per person ($320.00 per team) which includes a round of golf with a power cart, 2 hot dogs, chips, and beer or pop at the turn. A delicious steak dinner along with 2 drinks and prizes will be at the Cove.  Registration forms will be available in the Cove or call Jim at 586-557-4380 or Jerry at 313-804-0566 or the Cove at 586-725-7100 for information.


  Format for this event will be a four-man scramble. Team or individual registration will be accepted.  The golf committee will place singles/twosomes into foursomes. Early registration is encouraged, and we need a commitment by May 1, 2020, as space is limited to the first 28 paid foursomes. We do expect to be sold out. Deposit of 50% per team or individual will be required. Registration and fees paid in full must be received by June 1, 2020.


  We are also asking for donations of liquor from our Post and Auxiliary members to be raffled off during our golf outing.  Please place in a paper bag marked "GOLF OUTING” and drop it off at the Cove any time after 3:00 p.m. We also need donations of wicker baskets to make up for the auction.
